3. Custom Orders & OEM Services
We provide custom manufacturing and private label services. For all custom orders:

  • Clients must provide accurate design specifications, logos, and requirements.

  • Once a design is approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

  • Samples may be provided before bulk production at an agreed cost.

  • Production begins only after final approval and payment confirmation (as per agreed terms).

Anhas International is not responsible for errors in designs or specifications provided by the client.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted based on product specifications, quantity, and customization requirements.

  • Prices may vary depending on order size and material selection.

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation.

  • Advance payment may be required for custom or bulk orders.

  • Remaining balance must be cleared before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Production & Delivery
Production timelines depend on order quantity and complexity. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the client; however:

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain issues, customs clearance, or logistics disruptions.

  • Anhas International is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality control standards throughout our manufacturing process. All products are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet agreed specifications.

Minor variations in color, stitching, or material may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Claims regarding defects must be reported within a specified period after delivery (typically 7 days).

  • Any approved returns must be authorized by our team before shipment.

We reserve the right to assess and resolve claims on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. By submitting designs to Anhas International, the client confirms they have the legal right to use them.

Anhas International will not be held responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements related to client-provided materials.

9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ designs, business information, and agreements. All shared information will be handled securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
Anhas International shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, or transportation issues.

12. Governing Law
